The management of Liebig GmbH views an excellent quality policy as a strategic corporate goal. Therefore, we have established the following quality principles as a mandate for ourselves and our leaders, with the commitment to promote, exemplify, and derive goals from them that lead to their fulfillment:

  1. In our market segment, we aim to be perceived as a premium provider. This is only achievable if we deliver our products with the expected and required quality. Meeting the quality demands and individual wishes of our customers is therefore our performance benchmark.
  2. We expect the same quality standards from our suppliers and partners that we set for ourselves.
  3. We make the same mistake only once. Continuous improvement and detailed root cause analysis are therefore of great importance to us.

To implement these quality guidelines, we have established a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001, which is applied across all operational areas. We can always rely on the support of our Quality Management Representative (QMR), who ensures that the QMS is adhered to, practiced, and continuously developed by all employees.

As a family-owned business, we focus continuously on our long-term corporate goals, independent of external influences. A critically constructive and always trustworthy collaboration between the family shareholders and management, along with an owner family that consistently puts the interests of the company above personal interests, are key pillars of our success story.

What Emil Liebig started in 1913 with 6 employees has, over 100 years, developed into a successful mechanical engineering company with 60 employees.
