September 2, 2024 – Welcome to our new apprentices!
Today, our new trainees are starting their first year of training. We’re excited to have you with us and wish you all the best for the next 3.5 years. July 2024: Photoshoot for Our New Website
Today is another big photoshoot day for us. Together with FLH Media Digital, we are taking pictures for our new homepage. It was a welcome change from the daily routine and we all had a lot of fun. Bridge Day on Friday, May 31, 2024
We have a bridge day today, May 31, 2024, and will be back to assist you with renewed energy on Monday, June 3, 2024.
February 2024: Guest at Erlöser School Bamberg
To give students insight into the profession of precision mechanics, we are today guests at the career orientation days at Erlöser School in Bamberg. We had many interesting conversations and hope to have inspired some of our listeners about the metalworking profession. We certainly had a great time!
January 2024: Recertification According to DIN ISO 9001:2015
Our outstanding quality management has once again been confirmed by the independent certification body IFU-Cert. We are pleased to be able to signal to our customers that we deliver only tested quality and that all business processes are transparent and adhere to established criteria.
December 2023: Merry Christmas
This year, our Christmas party was held for the first time at the Ölkännla Restaurant. We were royally hosted, had a lot of fun, and look forward to coming back. Many thanks to Julia Fuchs and her team!
November 2023: Politicians Visiting Us
Today, we have had high-profile visitors. Melanie Huml, Holger Dremel, Prof. Seitz, and several members of CSU Bischberg are here, touring our production facilities and listening to our current challenges. It was an engaging and lively discussion on many interesting political topics. Thank you for your interest. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
At the Start of Carnival: Donut Eating for a Good Cause
This morning, 60 donuts were waiting at our door – donated by our bosses. Together with Bakery Fuchs and in cooperation with the Lions Club Bamberg, the proceeds from this year’s “Bosses’ Donut Campaign” will benefit the Erich Kästner Children’s Village. Enjoy your meal!
October 2023: Visiting the Secondary Schools in Eltmann and Hirschaid
To give students insight into the profession of precision mechanics, we are today guests at the career fairs in Hirschaid and Eltmann. We had many interesting conversations and hope to have inspired some of our listeners about the metalworking profession. We certainly had a great time!

Today, we had a short barbecue in the courtyard to wind down the week and welcome the weekend. The boss himself handled the grill tongs. Many thanks! It was great!

On September 1st, four new apprentices began their training as precision mechanics with us. We wish you much success and enjoyment over the next 3.5 years. P.S. Unfortunately, only 2 apprentices wanted to be in the photo – thank you to them for that ;-).
July 2023 – Enjoy Your (Un-)Retirement
Mr. Karl has spent almost 50 years with us – a whole working lifetime! Now it’s time to say goodbye and start a new chapter in life. We wish you, dear Mr. Karl, all the best, especially good health, and thank you for your consistently excellent work and long-standing loyalty. You will not be easily replaced.
March 2023: We Celebrate an Anniversary!

Today, we were invited to the career fair at Baunach Middle School. We had interesting conversations with students and hope we were able to inspire some of them about the profession of precision mechanics. We certainly enjoyed it a lot.

Donut Eating for a Good Cause at the Carnival Start on November 11, 2022
This morning, 60 donuts were waiting at the door, donated by our bosses. In collaboration with Bakery Fuchs and the Lions Club Bamberg Michelsberg, the proceeds from this donut campaign will be donated to the food banks in Bamberg and Burgebrach. Enjoy your treat!
November 2022: Today’s Visit to Trimberg School
We’re spending the morning at Hugo von Trimberg School today, where we’re sharing insights about the profession of “precision mechanics” with the students. Everyone gets a chance to try their hand at working with metal in practice. We had a great time and were pleased with the students’ attentiveness!
October 2022: Attending Career Fairs – at BTZ and Eltmann Secondary School!
We were there, engaging in many interesting discussions about the profession of precision mechanics. We look forward to receiving numerous applications!

Radio Bamberg Visits Us
Today, our training is in the spotlight: Radio Bamberg is reporting on the profession of precision mechanics. The two reporters, Sophia and Alysha, get to try their hand at and experience what one needs to learn as a precision mechanic.

August 2021: 40 Years of Service at Liebig
Thank you for the past 40 years of dedicated work! Mr. Postler and Mr. Henschke are celebrating their 40-year work anniversaries this summer. We extend our heartfelt congratulations and wish them continued success for the remaining years of collaboration.
October 2022: Machine Expansion!
We are excited to welcome a new precision surface and profile grinding machine from Okamoto, which will now support our production.

December 2019: New Additions!
We are excited about our new additions: To continue delivering our products reliably, we’ve acquired a new small transport vehicle. Additionally, to ensure all our products are consistently labeled, we’ve upgraded our laser marking system with a brand-new device from Sisma.

June 2019: The Baton is Passed…
Farewell, Mr. Dütsch! After 47 years with the company and 20 years of leadership at Liebig GmbH, we bid Mr. Dütsch a fond farewell as he retires. We thank him for his invaluable work and dedication, and wish him health and time to enjoy all the things that have been on hold. At the same time, we are pleased to welcome our new Managing Director, Mr. Kohmann, who will now take over the responsibility for a successful future, alongside our experienced team.
January 2019: New Machines
We are excited about our new additions to the machinery! A high-precision cylindrical grinding machine from Overbeck is now supporting our production. And because learning is important, we have also acquired a new Colchester lathe for our training program.
January 2019: Sponsoring Team Apparel
The F-youth team of SV Gundelsheim is thrilled with their new team apparel! We hope that having our logo on their backs makes playing football even more enjoyable!

November 2018: Sirens – The Fire Department Visits!
A warm welcome to the “Ständige Wache” Bamberg! The day ended interestingly and informatively: We gained insight into the operations of the Bamberg professional fire department, and the “Ständige Wache” got a firsthand look at our operations. At the end, we even had the chance to try out the aerial ladder – it was high up!
September 2018: The Kemmern Cuckoo Run Calls!
Our result: An excellent third place in the mixed team category and a lot of fun in perfect running weather!

Goodbye, dear Mr. Schade! After 34 years with the company and an even longer career, you have earned your retirement. We wish you health and time for everything that has been put on hold.
Football World Cup 2018:
June 27, 2018 – Group match against South Korea: Unfortunately, the “Public Viewing” in our cafeteria couldn’t help the German national team secure a win. Germany is out of the tournament, but we still had a great time.
March 2018:
Welcome! Students from the 9th grades of the Bamberg district are visiting us to learn more about our company. We’re happy to explain and show how we earn our living.

The Bamberg Economic Development Agency visits us: What concerns do medium-sized entrepreneurs have? How can the city make their lives easier? These were questions from the representatives of the Bamberg Economic Development Agency to our management. It was an engaging visit with interesting discussions.
